What We Offer

Our Medical Clinic provides low-cost spay and neuter services for dogs and cats, helping families across Northeast Arkansas access essential veterinary care without the full cost of a private clinic.

Who Qualifies

This program is available to income-qualifying families in Craighead, Greene, Lawrence, and Poinsett counties. We'll review your information as part of your appointment request.

Before You Request

Appointment days:

Tuesday (cats only) and Wednesday (cats and dogs)

Drop-off: 8:00–9:00 AM · Pick-up: 2:00–3:00 PM, same day

Do not feed your pet after 10:00 PM the night before surgery.

Cats must be at least 10 weeks old and 2 lbs.

Dogs must be at least 10 weeks old.

Cats must arrive in a carrier, or service will be refused. Dogs must be on a leash.

Female dogs over 100 lbs cannot be accepted for this service, and no refund will be issued if submitted.

Payment is taken once your appointment is confirmed. No refunds are issued after payment.

A rabies shot is included in the price and is required by state law. If your pet already has proof of a current rabies shot from a licensed veterinarian, bring that documentation instead.

Pricing

Cat Spay or Neuter — $95, includes rabies if needed
  +$35 if pregnant, +$55 if late-term pregnant
Dog Spay:
  Under 50 lbs — $190
  51-75 lbs — $275
  76-100 lbs — $350
  +$75 for pregnancy or in-heat, any weight
Dog Neuter:
  Under 50 lbs — $150
  51-80 lbs — $190
  81-100 lbs — $225
  101-125 lbs — $260
  126-150 lbs — $275
  Over 150 lbs — $325

Microchipping available day-of for an additional $35.
