Use of This Site
This website is provided for the purpose of sharing information about NEAHS's programs and facilitating adoptions, fostering, volunteering, donations, and related services. You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes and not to submit false or misleading information through any of our forms, including adoption, foster, volunteer, or Medical Clinic applications.
Adoptions and Applications
Submitting an adoption, foster, or volunteer application through this site does not guarantee approval. All applications are reviewed at NEAHS's discretion, and animals are placed based on what NEAHS determines is in the best interest of the animal. A completed adoption is governed by NEAHS's separate, signed Adoption Agreement, executed in person at the time of adoption, which contains additional terms regarding animal care, return policy, and related matters.
Medical Clinic Services
Medical Clinic appointment requests submitted through this site are requests only and are confirmed by NEAHS staff directly. Pricing listed on this site reflects current rates at the time of publication and is subject to change. Payment, refund, and cancellation terms for Medical Clinic services are as stated on the Medical Clinic page and confirmed at the time of booking.
Donations
Donations made through this site are processed via Wix Payments. NEAHS is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN 71-0621263), and donations are generally tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law; please consult a tax professional regarding your specific situation. Donation amounts and any associated impact language ("$25 feeds one animal for a week," etc.) are illustrative of how funds are generally used and do not represent a guarantee that a specific donation will be applied to a specific purpose.
Patron Memberships
Patron membership benefits, including newsletter access, local business discounts, and other tier-based perks, are provided at NEAHS's discretion and may change over time. Membership dues are paid annually.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including the NEAHS name, logo, and brand materials, is the property of Northeast Arkansas Humane Society and may not be used without written permission.
Third-Party Links
